The St. Lawrence River has always been a beautiful and majestic waterway. In 1971 a group of dedicated SCUBA divers decided to make the river the focus of their underwater adventures. Years and thousands of diving hours later, The Seaway Valley Divers continues to promote the sport of SCUBA diving, not only in this area but where ever members are willing to get their feet wet.
